How about a Vegas gathering in December? Wheel a local trail and then head for a buffet dinner or cool restaurant and hang out and such. Those that do the gamble thing can blow their xmas $$ and the rest can just hang out and see the sights?

Then again, checking mapquest from the bay area puts you all at almost 9 hours away from Vegas!?!? :shock:

Please throw out any other ideas so we can try to get everyone together in a central spot if possible.

Too far IMO, but you go any farther north and in there will be snow on any good trail that I can think of, at least by December.

Plus my wife will be ready to pop by then and I am not going to be down in Vegas and her end up going into labor. :shock:

Last year Wendy and I wheeled Red Rocks it was a blast. we were there from dec. 23 came home dec. 27th . I think we only dropped a 180.00 in 4 days of gambling. Good times wheelin.....priceless! Dang Mike, wish you could make it since it appears that is the way we are leaning now. :? We will all get to wheel another time if this can't work out for ya!



Can I get a show of hands from all the Nor-Cal & Nor-NV folks to see if they can make it on December 6/7? Wheel on the 6th, head into town for festivities and those that want to can stay over and head out on the 7th.

Could be for me. Although I'm a plan-ahead kinda guy, December is a ways out on my calendar. Maybe I'll drop Nellis Air Show a month earlier, in favor of wheeling.

The SoCal folks are getting together a list of people for the December run down in Vegas. If you plan on making the trip, head over to the SoCal section and add your name to the ever growing list of attendees. Hopefully a good amount of us make it down there. Tons of good trails down there to see what your jeep is made of. Image
