Just thought I'd pop in here quick-like to say how much I envy those of you from the Nevada / Norcal region. The wife and I spent the last week in Fallon visiting my brother (and his wife) who himself recently arrived at NAS Fallon from Atsugi, Japan. (I hadn't seen him in over two years). We flew into Reno and drove to Fallon. Man everywhere I went I couldn't help but think how cool it must be to wheel this region whenever you wanted to. Not to mention ride a Harley when weather permits. |

 Yeah, you were here for our first snow of the season.
I do love the fact that I can go out my backyard and in less than 5 minutes I am in the mountains. And with Lake Tahoe about 30 minutes out my front door, life is good here year round. World class fishing, hunting, rafting, kayaking, hiking, 4 wheeling and a nice size city without the big city politics... yeah, I love it here. |

Beefy's Burgers in Dayton is a great little dive to get some real good burgers. If I could get some land on the river down there I'd consider the move. |
