This is going to be a big event! W.E. Rock competition, Pirate 4x4 bar with the Morganettes (Capt. Then we'll see you out there for sure! Del and Chris Collard should be rolling into town on Tuesday for a small break on the Border to Border trek they are doing in the new Jeep Overlander thing, so I'll get a chance to see hubby! After the fist day of Local Club Challenge I have to say that this event was absolutely fantastic. Maybe the fact that I was a line judge in the crawling comp makes me biased, but it was awesome. TONS of carnage and quite a few amazing rigs competing. I wish I could be here Sat and Sun for the Pro WE Rock guys but the locals put on a darn good show and Lil Rich built 3 surprisingly hard and difficult courses. I can't imagine how challenging the pro courses are. The teeter totter and RTI ramp were also popular and entertaining attractions. For a Wednesday night the crows was pretty good size too. I am looking forward to tomorrow night and Friday too.
It was also great to finally meet you and Del, Lady Red.
I'll make another thread in the past trips and runs section for pictures. There are going to be a lot. |
