Not sure about your local but I'm thinking of getting a group together at the Quachita National Forest in southeast OK if your interested in meeting up. It would be over the Easter weekend so an April 6-8 or 9 sort of trip. Let me know if your in the area or interested.

Any thoughts of arranging a National Seashore run this spring?

Hello RaeRae, how've you been? How's H-town?

I'm doin Ok . . . had plenty of ups and down so far this year . . . mostly around Girl Trouble....

I spent the last 3-4 months of last year thinkin I caught a good one. . . and the first 3 months of this year trying to throw the Bad one back . . . . haha.

Otherwise, I'm not to bad . . . this time of the year is always pretty boring around Houston to be honest. I'm sittin around on weekends waiting for Summer to roll around for Lake Season!

BUT, I'm pumped for this weekend because I'm goin back to my home town of Baton Rouge for some Easter Eatin' and South LA Fishing!!!

So, are folks still whispering about getting together somehow, somewhere? I've been thinking about doing a camping trip w/ some friends . . . maybe around Lake Travis... since this is the perfect weather for it . . . just a toss out idea.

We've had an entire 1 day above 80 and people are already calling for AC work? - I thought they'd wait a while.

A Big Bend trip would rock and would be fine for stockers (with skid plates). It is closing in on the hot season real quick so next fall, say early October would be the time to go. Here are some pics just to get your blood pumping.

Sounds good . . . well I know is a long haul, but if you ever happen to be around H-Town, gimme a shout. I'll be glad to let you do a Maintenance check on my A/C . . . that's one of those things I tend to just ignore and Pray it never breaks . . . kinda like the Washer and Dryer (still paying for the new pair I had to get back in November, haha).

Ya'll keep talkin about a Trip, I'm interested . . . those are kewl pics! I've never seen parts of Texas like that . . .

I forget to drop into the forum too often these days, but I'm watching THIS thread so it will notify me :-P
