So I was wondering what other local clubs you guys belong to. Thanks to TexasSara, I looked up and went to the Austin Jeep Exclusive club meeting last night. Seems like a great group of people, but I was the only modified KJ in a sea of Cj's and Wranglers. Does the Lonestar LOST group ever do Texas trailrides or only big events like LOST MOAB? Or do you guys just join in with other clubs? Is everyone just too far away from one another? I really want to get some trail time and prefer somewhere within a few hours away. And of course I would prefer someone with a KJ. |

Hi onespeed - I'm local (Oak Hill), I haven't been on any rides in Texas - because until Sara started posting them I didn't have any idea they were around. I'll check out Austin Jeep Exclusive and see if I can make the next meeting. I've only been to one Lonestar Lost meeting and that was the lift party at Waco. I think several folks have tried to organize more with some success but distance is an issue (not to mention work schedules) |

They were impressed with how my KJ performed. We need to get together again soon. |

I'm flexible for most weekends except the last one in April. I'm going backpacking for a few days somewhere out of state. I'm not really sure where I will be. |

I'm pretty flexible too. I once did the splits in a football game ... hurt like hell...I then had a new appreciation for cheer leaders LOL |

I was going to take a trip to London in May... but that's probably going to fall through since I can't take that much time from work, but a weekend trip sounds like a blast . . . |
