What is the plan for the outing? What time should be be ready to start? Just asksing so I can make appropriate camping plans.

Are these attendees still planning on going? When are you planning on driving up?

LR, I had every intention of coming up Fri afternoon, staying Fri and Sat nite, coming home Sunday.
However, a problem has popped up.
Long story short, I'm in charge of setting up the local VFW Hall for events. Maybe twice a year we get a Friday nite event followed by a Saturday nite event. Well, I just found out that there is an event 6/9 followed by an event 6/10. The 6/10 was just booked last week. That's the one that screwed up my plans.
If I can anyway work around this, I will be there.

Sorry, but I gotta do what I gotta do.

BTW, those are some MASSIVE pics posted.
I have a 17" monitor and have to scroll left to right to read what everyone is saying.

Any chance of reducing the size of the pics to fit a normal screen?

Don't know for sure when I'm headed up. More than likely I'll be heading out Friday evening. I'll post up when I'm positive on my departure. Not sure which campground - Spowers' choice sounds like the winner, for the same price we get showers. We'll iron everything out by next Thursday.

I am thinking about driving up on Friday. My wife wants me to go up on Saturday. I don't want to be sitting in the car all day on Saturday though. Since it will be just my son and I, we'll probably go up Friday evening. It's a 3.5 hour drive for me.

We are going to stay at North Country Campground. The one that Spowers posted. This campground has electricity on the RV sites. I am going to bring a tent rather then the camper to save on gas, but need electricity for the night.

I am planning on heading up Friday night as well. Unfortunaly I have a graduation Sunday so I will need to head back Saturday night.

Sorry guys, I gotta bail out. I need to attend the Camp Jeep pre run for trail guides this weekend. Apparently, the first pre run was accidently stated as June 17th, when it truely was June 10th. Just got the news. Have a blast - I wish I could go camping (would be the 1st time this yr) but at least I still get to go wheeling. Don't forget to take pics and if anyone goes fishing, let me know how it is.

I made my reservations for North Country. I will be up late Friday, probably around 9:30pm. I'm going to stay till Sunday.

What forms of communication do we have between vehicles (CB, Walkie Talkie)?

Got the news today - same as sundvl - I was selected to be a trail guide at camp jeep so I cannot attend
this is a mandatory pre-run so we got to be there.
They got some dates mixed up.....
Sorry again.... I never drop out of a wheelin outing but this time I got to....

I made an update on the attendance list.

Hey Spowers, where abouts is North Country Campground? I can't seem to find it on a map. I'm trying to set up GPS up with the location, but can't find a decent location of where the campground is at.

Yea, the mapquest is incorrect.
It is on the North east corner of M-37 and 16th st.
There is a trail head right off 16th street - see map.
This will put us on the southern most point of the trail system.

Well,
I last night I was broke the news that my wife is bagging on me.
So I called a pal who is accustom to vehicular travels that are not on the straight and level. So it is now me and a buddy rolling up.

Tonight I am installing the Revos from KJ-BOL.
and heading up Friday right after work.
I will be there a bit earlier than you, as I work in Grand Rapids, and will only be about....1.5 hours away.

Tent - Check
Tires - Check
Cooler - Empty - Hmm better do somting about that.
