OK, we're addicted. We just got back and already we need another fix. Who's up for a run in February? Some initial talk has focused on the Presidents Day weekend (17-19?) with maybe even an overnighter for an extra half day of wheeling, but I open the floor for suggestions... |

I am open to about anything but eager for another run there also. Count me in. I will try to keep President's Day weekend clear. It would be great to get more Midwest people out there. What do you think the minimum setup would be to do the trail? * skids * 2 inch lift * rock rails (strongly suggested) My guess is that the 2 inch lift part is up for debate but I think there are a few spots would be very hard/impossible without some lift or without taking some damage. |

kerry and i will be back in texas by this time, so we're gonna miss out. this one is probably the last run we'll get to make with you guys. gonna miss the midwest group, we seem to be the most active ones on the board. hope the tx guys are at least a little active, we'll have to wait and see! |

You will be missed. I will try to represent the Rusty's lift club in your absence. |

This is 300 miles south of Chicago. The weather might be bad, but might be good. We'll just have to see.. |

I might be in - gotta see how funds are after I recover from buying out toys-r-us in december. I would probably start driving down around noon on friday, stay in a motel, wheel saturday, stay in a motel saturday night, and drive back on sunday. sound good to anyone else way north? Anyone have a suggestion for where to look for a motel around there? |

Having driven thru there twice this past weekend, i'd say best place would be Louisville KY - It is an hour and a bit more from Indy So, Best scenario for Chicago guys is to drive to Louisville KY - 4.5 hr max, then drive to Livingston KY for another 2 hrs the next day. speed limit is 70 all the way If you want to stay closer, there are two towns near by One is Livingston, the other and probably a better choice is London KY - just a 15 Min drive... |

I'd suggest Richmond KY. It's about 40 miles north of Livingston and has a bunch of services. |

I think this one looks OK. $50 per night, about the cheapest in a chain motel I could find: http://www.choicehotels.com/ires/en-US/ ... 2&nchild=0 |

The other reason I'd rather y'all use Richmond is that it has a more food choices for after the run. I'm driving home Saturday night, so I'd rather drive north to eat than drive south to Corbin (since London is very limited). Here is a $40 find from Hotels.com for Richmond... http://www.hotels.com/etpServlet?lid=923058 just my $.02 |

When I went down the first time, I stayed at the Econo Lodge (KY412) in Richmond, KY ($39.99). It was clean and easy nights sleep. The 49er Truck stop is a short 40 min drive south from there on I-75. There were some places that were closer but cost more and I did not feel like driving any more then I needed too. If anyone wants to overnight in Indy at my house, then drive over with me the morning of, you are more then welcome. It is a long 4 hour drive that morning but saves $40. |
