Hello L.O.S.T. Midwest. Just wanted to introduce myself from southern Indiana. I hope to be taking the Liberty wheeling pretty soon. I'm actually looking at the Jeep Jamboree in Cumberland KY this fall. I do a little atv riding near Harlan KY and have allways wanted to try out this country in a Jeep. I went on the French Lick Jamboree several years back and I think the Cumberland Jamboree would be a better trip. If you've been on both or just the cumberland trip I'm interested in what you think. |

Where did you order yours tires from? From a local shop named trustys here in town. They are back ordered right now so it might be awhile before I there installed. I called around just to see, and nobody else will even try to order them. This must be a hot tire have around here. |

Welcome......I had General grabbers on back order for over 3 months....naturaly I gave up.My second choice is what I have now...265/75 Cooper Discoverer ATR's.Im in southwestern Ohio and only about 15 to 20 minutes over the Indiana border, and last I heard about the Generals, even after 3 months was that it could be alot longer before they would have them.I'm employed at a local repair and tire shop, and our "Mainline" tire is Cooper....you think I would of had some "pull" getting the Generals.....but I guess there was none to be had.The coopers are an aggressive, but smooth and quiet tire on the road.....just something for you to consider if you get tired of waiting. My first choice was TOYO Open Country ATs, then I started doing a little research on the General AT2s. I really hate it when it comes time to choose between 2 different tires. I wish I could just buy a couple sets and return what I don't like. If for some reason they can't get the AT2s I guess I start comparing tires again. WOW You know how to make a persons day, just kidding. Thanks for the info on the 3 month wait. |

I really dig the Open Country ATs. pretty good traction, great onroad performance and they look good to boot. |
