Is this a trail where I could get by without skids and not ruin my daily driver?

I think I might be able to make it as well. What kinda trails do they have at the Lake Geneva Raceway anyhow?

I would like to go as well if there is room for one more jeep. I have never been there so it should be fine doing something new. I will also ask Jaymo. Hey Don we have not wheeled together this year, would be nice :D :D What new toys Don? Front locker perhaps? :?: :?: :?: Bogdan

its only 40 acres or so. Its not that big. Not to dificult either. I was the only KJ last time and I got kinda bored because I could not go alot of places that the Wranglers could go which is why I want more libbies on this trip.Maybe this time Ill have the balls if there is more like mine on the trail. If everyone wants to meet at a certain place before we go we could caravan up there. I was thinking somewhere along RT47. Admission will probably be about 15 bucks a person so its not that expensive. I would like to be there by about noon if thats ok with everyone.

I'd most likely take this route:

ROUTE MAP

Is there somewhere convienient to all to meet along rt. 12 maybe? I can't even find rt 47 on the map.

In any case, I'll be there for sure.

I'm definetly going, If you guys want to meet somewhere along RT12 it is perfect. Let's pick a meeting point somewhere up in the lakes along RT12 for the ones that are going thant way; and another meeting point for the ones that are taking a different route.

There is literally nothing worth meeting at along Rt. 12 that I can find. How a bout a switch in direction?

There is a place right off of I-94 and HWY 50 in Kenosha called The Brat Stop. They are renowned in the area for thier good food. We could have an early lunch and get to know each other, and then head off to the raceway. It's preety much a straight shot west about 25 miles from there. I-94 should be able to provide access for all that's not too far out of the way - maybe an extra 10 miles for some.

Hows that sound?

Dude in the future don't make an offer if you don't have the right to do so. I am TRULY disappointed. I even ordered up a hitch receiver shackle and 20,000# tow strap so I would have at least some of the proper gear.

On top of that, you are telling me the meet can't support 3 additional attendees? Thats how many showed interest and only 2 of us said we would definitely go. That sounds like outright bullheadedness on the part of your club's president. I was kind of thinking on asking to ride with someone else once we were there anyhow. maybe I would have tried a simple part of the trail.

Regardless, I'd definitely be interested in heading up there seperatley with only LOST members, but I fear that there aren't that many of us in the Chicago/Milwaukee area that are active at this point. That might make for a hefty fee for each of us and not enough participants to safely spot on the trail. I for one have ZERO experience wheeling and would be of little use in that respect.

Shall we all meet in a non-trail setting in the mean time to kinda get things rolling?

Again I apoligize. I was just told that the main reason for you guys not being able to come on this run is that it is a terra club only event. As for getting together I am up for it, just post a time and a place. Some of the members said that they would come to of set the price on another run if we would like to do a LOST event and allow other jeeps in. The cost is about $350 a day so if we can get about 20 people its only around $15 per.
