Well, I haven't had my Jeep off pavement since the lift, and neither has our new guy Modular, so I think we're going to have to. there's a little patch of dirtbike trails and such in Hamilton across the river from the wastewater treatment plant. I won't be able to get back on tonight (well, maybe...late) so if anybody in the Cincinnati area wants to go play for a bit in a fairly small area while Modular and I get our freshly lifted rigs' feet wet (and maybe somebody to drag me out of the Little Miami River if I get too brazen I know it's short notice, but post up if ya wanna go watch me make a fool of myself:D Hopefully swmpthng shows up, too, I love seein that rig in action |

Tom's way up in Toledo, so I was assuming he wouldn't be there...BUT I GUESS we could let him come if he really wanted to make the trek;) I'm not changing my sig, though...I'm getting rid of the XJ and it's in the sig, too. Well...maybe I should update it:P |

I'm there guys. I'm 10 min from Hamilton, 30 from Mason. Is that place of Wes' just off 128 near the Sheriff's "No Dumping" sign? Heck. Let's go to Haspin tomorrow (today...). |

I believe it's the wooded area with the small strip of sand across the river from the water plant. Here is a link to a Google Maps image. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=2451+River+Rd,+Hamilton,+OH+45015&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=31.977057,81.738281&ie=UTF8&ll=39.369274,-84.570909&spn=0.015228,0.039911&t=h&z=15&om=0 |

Sorry tom, I wasn't even sure I was gonna go, and I didn't want to start something if I didn't know I was gonna be there...but Athens is a long haul from your neck o' the woods...but, girlfriend's Sunday plans means I'm free:D meh_kick, yeah, that's about where it is, I didn't remember if it was called 128 at that point though. I was planning to have my front hitch installed Monday...then Weds...then Friday...and never got to happen. So, I don't have a front recovery point as originally planned...D'OH again. Haspin is a no-go for me just because I don't have the cash to burn at the moment for gas to get there and back, still have Jeep and bike stuff to get...bike isn't a priority because I don't play with it when it's cold though I gave modular my cell number, and I'm givin him permission to give it out as necessary...wherever you guys want to meet up is fine with me. On another note...anybody else seen that '03 Patriot Blue Sport with the lift and Hellas on the front bumper? I left a note on the windshield a few weeks back thinking it was freshmud, but I suppose not. Pray for me guys, cuz I have a work party to attend for "HER" tonight, and I have to be devilish and charming...yuck! |

How about we just meet in the parking lot at the corner of 128 right after the bridge where you turn right. There looks to be a building right there with a parking lot. You can see it in the Google Maps link from above. |

it's on the other side of the river;) you cross the river on 129, turn left at C street i think, and go until you get onto 128. there's a Micky D's right before the bridge though. What time is good for you guys? |

Ah, I would be crossing on 128 (Pershing Ave) Hamilton side of the river. It turns into New London Rd after you cross the river (still 128). Once you cross the river (on 128) you make an immediate left (which is also called 128 (or Hamilton-Cleves Rd.). This corner is the building is I was talking about. I will be freaking cold in the morning (right around 0). Maybe around noon or so?? |

Fun times. Good little spot. It was tight in some areas and we all got a little more pinstriping. Here are some pics, it was too dang cold to get any more (in order from bottom to top):
