Can't think of any places close by. Closest off road park is http://www.thecliffsinsaneterrain.com/ In Marseilles IL south of 80 between 39 and 55. Badlands http://www.badlandsoffroad.com/ in Attica Indiana is about 4 hours away and is popular. |

What about all the wooded area's in Thornton? Is any of them useable by 4x4's? |

We don't really endorse any illegal 'wheeling here. It certainly doesn't help our sport any, or keep legal places open to discuss how to find spots where "the cops don't bother you." If you guys wanna discuss this, please do so off the forum. Thread locked. |
