I know, I shouldn't knock it but the just sound of that makes me think... Good thing your wife and a Jeep are there. :wink:

They use a banana that we have never seen over here, smaller etc but makes great beer and only takes a very few to make you sit back and relax a few hours, looks and tastes about like good `shine :wink:

I just joined today but count me in as Silver Lake is practicly in my back yard and I am up there on a regular basis and am looking forward to duning the kj especially after adding a lift and tires

Would it be okay to run the dunes without any skid plates. I have the front axle/suspension skid.

For cruising around the dunes there shouldn't really ever be a reason to use 4-lo unless you got stuck in the softer areas. You can't exceed 25 in 4-lo so 4 hi would provide adequate speeds to where you could gain enough momentum to make it up the bigger dunes/hills.

4-lo works well in low traction or crawling situations where momentum/speed don't play as big of a role.

Don't stress too much. Trips a little more than a month away...bring your jeep and get ready to have fun...we'll worry about the specifics when we get there...
