Hey all, posted this in the general section but figured i'd post here as well.

As some of you know my motor's officially deceased and presently in the shop getting the Jasper reman'd. Turns out the right mount is a little dmaged while the left one is trashed.

Anyone know if there's a better aftermarket motor mount for the '04 or is OEM the way to go?

Thanx in advance and hope to see ya soon.

Thanx oddball, i'll look into it.

BTW, just kidding about the Poughkeepsie wall. Motor mounts are worn/trashed from years of off roading rather than one incident. i'm actually not too suprised they were bad . . . and neither was my mechanic. When he first mentioned it to me he said he'd never worked on a KJ that needed new mounts, even higher mileage. He then conceded that apart from mine he's never worked on a KJ that was lifted and actually offroaded.

Well, as we say . . . if you wanna' play, you gotta' pay. In my case, i'm paying for a new motor.
