Has anyone been out to Interlake? It is only about 75minutes due west of Louisville and is reported to have 3550 acres of trails. Would like to check it out and see how the trails are.

Been looking at it for quite a while now as a possible place to go.
I don't think from what I have read that there are any campsites so you have to go somewhere else at night but it still looks pretty good.
There are a couple of groups going in April and May from what I have seen on other Off Road forums

Looks like a good time. :JEEPIN:

Care to share some GPS coord's, and or where this is located?

Also, is this private land?

Holiday World has very nice camping, water park, emusement park, close by in Santa Claus, IN

http://www.holidayworld.com/

There is also the Lincoln boyhood State park camping. It is across the SR162 road from the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial.

Scales lake park is closest camping in Boonville, IN just 17 miles away.

So there is much to see and do all within 25 miles of Interlake off road park. Evansville, IN is just 25 miles to the east of Interlake and has most anything you would want need while traveling (Hotels, shopping mall, airport), you name it.

I know this is a reply to an old post but I thought I would give a quick update on Interlake. There is a new rock garden, restrooms are in, a shelter house is in the works. The trial system is being worked on (by DNR and volunteer work).
The closest camping is at Lynnville Park, approx. 4 miles west on hwy. 68.
Please come out and enjoy, the more use this area gets the more the State is willing to do to keep it open.
