Okay, so I got impatient last fall to get my lift on and a "lift party" didn't happen OR a WI M&G. If there is not a Midwest or IL M&G coming up soon, then I'm proposing another try at a WI M&G.

Right now I'm thinking my son and I could do something for a M&G on April 16th. That is the week before Easter. I'm thinking it will depend on who's in on where this happens, but right now I have a couple ideas in the Madison area. But I think if there was a ton of interested parties somewhere else in the state, fine, we could meet somewhere else.

So what say we try to get together On Sat. April 16th. I don't have too much to work on myself right now, but if I don't have my skids on by then, I might be up for a "work" party M&G.

Any interest out there for this?

LOST IL has a wrench fest scheduled on that day, more than welcome to come down.

I'm in Kenosha, and I go down and do stuff with the Il group all the time, maybe if we can get more of us in WI then we can set something up up here, but for the 16th it will be Steve's house.

Alrighty then :) I didn't check the IL thing first.

What part of Chicago is your place? Do you know how far it is from Madison?

I guess I'll wait to do something here,

I might be down for a road trip down there. I have one skid to put on, and if I get the stuff, I could use a tran fluid/ filter/ gasket change. Diff too, maybe.

Otherwise I may just bring the kid and dogs down for a road trip! The wife is busy that day anyway! Are dogs welcome at your place if they are well behaved STINGN?

ihatemybike - Lift? I did the lift last Oct., I just meant I got impatient last fall and did that without the lift party.

But I'll have a couple small projects by then I'm sure. Although now that you mention it, how hard is it to open the pockets up for the arms after their installed?

Open pockets with the arms in place......hmmmm. Might be doable.
