Was wondering on how many people would be interested in trying out Haspin Acres in Laurel, IN. www.haspinacres.com Its only about 60 miles south east of Indianapolis so it would probably work great for the Indianapolis folks and people from Western Ohio. I know it is a little further for the Chicago people, but looks like something new if you don't mind the extra drive.

I was thinking about giving it try sometime in later April or May and would like to see if I can get some people interested.

It was def on my list for the coming year. I believe they close for the winter. I'm up for it sometime in the spring, for sure.

Can I bring my "lifted KJ" too.... :)
I wouldn't mind giving a try to that place
I drive to Indy a lot and the 4hr drive wouldn't be bad.
Get a taste for a new place.... sounds pretty interesting

I need to get off road soon as my preparations for such are costing me more than any breakdown on the trail would. Case in point:

Looks like a LOT of mud out there and a LOT of DEEP crossings. Take some time and go through some of their pictures on the site. It's a bunch of non-maintained Jeep eating land. Very cool pictures...

We just came back from Haspin. We belong to a 4x4 Club in Monroe County that went over the weekend. There are a lot of things that would absolutely eat a Jeep up, however there are a few pics on the club website that do include a slightly modified Cherokee. It's a good time and they have plenty of space to camp. I'll include the link to the pics, just click the logo to enter and then it's under pics and Haspin Trip 2006. There aren't very many now, but there are some good ones.
