A small group of us from the area were planing on going to Kansas Rocks to do some wheeling the weekend of May 5-6th. I think on the 5th there is a crawl comp going on but the 6th the park has nothing planned. http://www.ksrockspark.com/ If anyone wants to come your more than welcome.

For most they won't remember me but I found lostkjs when I bought my KJ in 05. Currently I don't have an kj anymore but I'm hoping to be able to give you guys a guided tour of KS Rocks. Let me know if you guys need anything and look forward to meeting some of you in May.

Almost time!!!! Gonna start getting the KJ ready next week :JEEPIN: Looks like I'll be bringing my g/f and maybe my brother. We'll be driving to KC where we'll get a hotel then wake up bright and early for the last lil bit into Kansas Rocks.

Got rid off the spare tire that had a 1 1/2 cut but still held air. So now I have 5 good tires again. So I'm ready to go now. I will be driving up Sunday should get there 8:30 am or so.

Well no job yet so the jeep hasn't got fixed. At this point it looks like I will probably be in my corolla. No I will not guide you in the corolla.... Hopefully someone will have an extra seat I can jump into. I may talk a buddy of mine into coming. I'll be there Saturday morning and wont be leaving until Sunday sometime. On Sat I'll be judging the crawl comp.

I am planning on making it to this. Hopefully somebody will have an open seat, not sure if I am going to wheel the KJ or not this time around. I'm trying to keep it off the trails. (I'm tired of it breaking.) Hahaha. If worse comes to worse, I will walk all the trails. :) Just kidding... kinda.

I'll have my girl friend and brother in my KJ but I should have another seat. I'll have all the tools and airtanks in the back.

As much as I hate to say this I cannot make it this weekend. :x It really pisses me off, I hate to let everyone down since I helped set this up. Also my son will not be there and the transmission we put in my brothers jeep was not any better than the one we took out so he can't make it. So it all just sucks!! Again I am really sorry to do this to everyone but I don't have a choice. Anyway chance we can postpone this for a couple of weeks?
