A friend of mine here at KSU is considering setting up a trip to Tuttle Creek ORV area with guys from Manhattan. I was wondering if anyone (particularly the KS guys) would be interested. I don't have dates as of yet, but it will be within the next 3 weeks, as that's when school is done. The trails there aren't too intense, excluding the rock garden. I'd say I've run most of them in my stock '04, but skids are definitely a must. Anyway I just thought I'd test the waters and see if y'all are interested. Tuttle is probably about a 3 hour drive from the KC area, so it may not be worth it.

PS like I said the whole trip is still just a maybe, but I'll try to post a date if we can figure one out. OR if my friend doesn't set one up, would anyone still be interested in going out with me and maybe a friend in his Rubi?

Hey I'm down with that let me know somemore details as they get sorted. If it's cool I'll try and talk JR to bring his TJ. I've been to KS Rocks few times since I got the lift so I'm figuring out how much my capabilitys have changed. Anyways keep me posted.

I'd be interested. Let me know when you want to do it. I have my kids every other weekend. I'd prefer to do it on a weekend I don't have them. I don't have them this coming weekend. So, if you can, figure off that. Would love to get together. Joe

Cool guys. Unfortunately, I'm not sure right now if I'll be able to put in another run to Tuttle before the year is over, because I'll be home this weekend (if my sliders are in), and after that there'll be studying for finals. I'll try to get everything figured out, but I'm not sure how this will work out for now.

If we can't do this one, I'm always up for KS Rocks any time after school is out. I wanna get as much wheeling in this summer as I can before boot camp starts.

BOOT CAMP??? You are going to defend our country rather than go wheeling. That's hardcore man. Let me know I'll be due to go in a few weeks so get your finals done and we can do either. I'm so easy I'm almost automatic.

Yea I'm gonna be a Navy Seabee. I'm pumped.

Anyway I checked the calendar and it's more like 2 weeks left, so I think Tuttle is pretty much out unless we drive out here sometime after school is out. The dorms close on the 13th, so maybe on Sunday the 14th or the next weekend we could head to KS Rocks instead.

Probally the weekend after the 13th would work better for me I think. I'm not going to be able to untill then at least so I'll be ready to go by then.
