I need to install my All-J Super Skid, and it would sure be a lot easier with help. Does anyone else have anything they'd like help installing? We could get together at my house (or somewhere else) and knock a few things out real quick.

I'd like to get the Super Skid installed before EJS (I'll be going 4/4-4/7), but it's not critical. I'd really like it done before LOST Moab, though.

Never mind...5 hours and a few dozen scrapes and bruises later, I have it installed. Not the easiest thing I've ever done. Seems like hardly anything lined up. But it's done.

I've heard people say they've managed to bend a Super Skid. Looking at it, I have to wonder what in the world they were doing when they bent it! It's incredibly strong!

Glad you were able to get it on ok. Now if you could find something to protect the door panels...

Oh! That hurts!

Well, you'll be happy to know that I'll have a co-pilot when I do Golden Spike next week, so hopefully no rocks will be able to sneak up on me.

I'll be on my own again at the LOST Safari, though...so honk if you see me doing anything stupid.

Unfortunately I just had to drop out of the Moab trip. I have business trip out of the country that week. That along with finals just makes it an impossibility to attend this year :(

Yeah, I was sorry to see that. You really need to get your priorities in order. ;)

It's never too soon to start planning for next year!

BTW, I was hoping to do a quick run out to Little Moab or something this weekend, but my wife has us visiting her parents at Bear Lake instead. So my new BFG M/Ts won't touch dirt until I hit Golden Spike in a couple of weeks.
