Still looking at Ted's ARB's.

Chuh-ching.

Luckily I sold my stock tires and wheels but that money was to cover powdercoating the front bumper (when it comes out) and to add the super bars to my skinks. I'll need to get the super bars to help me and the gf climb in the KJ.....hehehe!

Let's see...I'll have to remove my roof basket so I can still get in the garage. Only 1" spare clearance with basket on and it sits about 3" above rails.

1.5" more lift than the Rusty's + future 32.5" tires (+.5" in tire radius increase from the MTRs) so a total of 2" of lift from my current setup.

Say goodbye to my Warranty.

You know, the Gecko Basket rack is about 2" lower than a 4" Defender Rack on stock rails.

265/75's would be good, plenty of room left for tire stuffage, plus this lift seems to be just about 1/2" taller then what I'm running right now,we'll see when it get's here.

FINALLY! Wow, I’m so pumped to see what this lift looks like……………………………..I might have to make a trip to the Springs just to see the installation. Maybe the Lizard will give me back stage passes! And then all the additional talk about the Gecko Basket sure makes my Jeep addiction worse, I hope I don’t have to go to rehab.

Well, shop will be mine to move into on November 15. It's 3300 sq/ft work area with a 40x8' storage container (smaller than I thought, but still an extra 320 square feet of extra space). Can't wait to move in. These pictures don't show a good chunk of area where I was standing to take the pictures, but you get a pretty good idear. The wood shelves are mine to use, and he has a couple of fork lifts that I can use as well.

Lizards like to hide in caves, behind rocks, and inside logs. So we could call the SHOP "THE HIDEOUT”? Or since there is a lot of top secret things that happen in the shop we could call it the “CAVERN”

Forklifts to use too! That will be nice.
Did they block up a garage door?

It will be interesting to see how you set the place up. Post some pics of the progress, if you have time of course.

The back garage door is blocked up since the back side of the shop was cleaned up by the city and have a bike/walking track for the park. The only garage door to drive into the building is the dock, so I will be building a ramp for vehicles to drive into the dock. Will work out cool as it will also act as an RTI ramp.

So what were you planning on using the fork-lift for?

That looks great Marty. I'll try to be available the weekend of the 20-21 to help in the move. (If that's when it'll happen.)

Marty,

Do you have a few days scheduled yet for the move? I think I can be free one day this weekend to help. Keep us posted.

Probably do the big move the following weekend, November 24. I have a bunch of stuff to catch up on that I would like to get done before getting everything shuffled up in a move. I'll keep you guys updated.
