Hey, for you guys that were on the Wheeler Lake Run this past Sunday, Rich emailed me to pass onto you guys. He got some of the names wrong, but you know who did what.

"Martin I want to thank you Ted, Troy, Jim (Pete is what he meant) and all of your family’s for all your help this past Sunday. I back with a steering box yesterday afternoon. The tug down to the trailer went well and I have her back in my garage. I will start the tear down soon. I hope Troy (again, I think he meant Pete) does not feel as beat up as I do! Please forward this to the team. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!

Richard Mulvey"

I will email him a link to this thread so he can come here personally and maybe give us some updates on what actually happened to his rig. Good work, guys, this is what our club is all about, taking care of those in need, even if they aren't part of our group. It was a good chance for us to learn what things can happen to anyone on a trail, and what to prepare for.

Yep, doesn't matter how built your rig is, eventually something will break, it is just a matter of when will it...

I don't think I could have lived with myself if I had just passed him up with simply a "good luck." I was only sore for a couple of days but I'm over it now. Rich, I'm just glad you got off the mountain okay.
