This is my biggest hold up right now on these front bumpers, is I need a guinea pig. I need to have the vehicle for a day or two at a time to be able to remove the stock bumper, measure, test fit, put everything back together. I have gotten a little ways into the 05-06 model, so I don't need a whole lot more, but I still need one. The person will need to be able to leave their KJ with me for up to two days at a time. I will make sure not to keep it longer than two days at a time so the person isn't hurting for their KJ. The guinea pig will have first dibs on the prototype at the regular prototype price. Prototypes are not free, but they are a good bit cheaper than retail. You are not obligated to buy the prototype, so if you don't and can't purchase the prototype, I will give you a Heavy Duty 8.25 rear axle diff cover for your time. The diff covers are complete replacement covers, not just some half steel plate or tube cover that goes over the stock cover. These are 3/8" thick A50 plate steel covers, and they do work with ARB's. A50 steel is 50,000 PSI tensile strength, whereas mild steel plate is only rated about 30-40,000 PSI. I normally sell these for $110 shipped. Here is a picture:
