First, welcome to the KJ world and the Rockies family. You are going to love your KJ. Wheel it often, keep it muddy, and come back to this forum always. Any time you think of doing something to modify your KJ, come here first and ask for people's advice. You don't want to get something you think is good then find out later that everyone here has tried it and found something better and cheaper.

Second, just a forum tip, CAPS generally means you are yelling so you might want to tone down on that.

Third, we love pictures here. Any pictures you take that you want to share, feel free to post them here. This is especially true if your Liberty is in them but not a necessity.

And lastly, I wish I could help you out with some locations of mines and ghost towns but I don't know of any. You might want to check out the books "Colorado Backroads & 4-Wheel Drive Trails" volumes 1 & 2. These are the best books for trails of all difficulties in Colorado. They will show all the attractions on each trail (to include mines and ghost towns) and can be found at almost any four wheel drive store. Volume 1 is for trails south of Denver and volume 2 is for trails north of Denver.

I hope this helps and, once again, welcome.
