Vandalism/New lug nuts

Hey everybody im still new here, my KJ isnt even two months old and over the weekend someone tried stealing my wheels and stripped three lug nuts and bent two studs. So two new wheel studs, two new lug nuts, and one really sratched wheel later(had to cut off the bent wheel studs)

im finding out that the lug nuts that are factory seem kinda cheap. I was just wondering if anybody else has had problems with the chome cap breaking or twisting?

Yeah the factory lugs are kinda cheap,I had almost all my lug caps come off before I replaced my wheels and lugs.You can use any conical 1/2-20 lugs on the KJ.

Someone stole my caps after about a year, and they were smart too. They only stole the side that was on the sidewalk, or I guess the b@stards needed only to.
It cost me $60 to get those two darn caps from the dealer, because I have the chrome clad wheels, and noone else sold them. Then, I knew why they stole them.
