We went camping this weekend, off trail 379 up Gold Camp rd. We went and scouted the trail last weekend and decided everything was all good. On the way up the trail we got some funny looks from a jeep tour company. They had their lifted wranglers, and we pulled off the trail in a stock KJ to let them pass. I bet it pi$$e$ them off to see stock vehicles going where they go. We had a wonderful time pretty uneventfull, unless you count the deer that ran thru our camp in the morning. On the way down, I again pulled off the side of the trail to let a full size chevy truck pass, funny thing is this guy let 2 women out of his truck cause they were scared. I laughed all the way home, because they were on the easiest part of the trail. Many more trips like this and I will have the wife convinced to buy all the things I need to make the KJ unstoppable.

I think next weekend we are going to scout some of my old haunts up at Terryall. I haven't been up there in about 10 years, not sure what it is like.
