Is anyone planning on going to see the Rocks try to sweep the Phillies on Saturday night? I'm sitting in the upper deck of right field and would be up for meeting some people downtown before, during (if you're upper deck too), or after. Oktoberfest is going on Saturday too- just a couple blocks away.

Wish I could.

I was there last Saturday and in the first inning, had two foul balls hit me. I didn't get a single one. First ball hit from "Tulo" and I was not looking, friend sid, look out! I turned in time for the ball to hit a guys hands two rows directly behind me, bounce off his hands, hit my forehead, land behind me and my friend got the ball. The second, I had a line shot at me and held my hands out with all the other peoples hands in my way. The ball hit my left hand near the pinkie finger and bounced forward. Boy did that hurt! I did not expect the ball to get past all the other hands. From now on, I take my glove. Military discount seats are great locations for foul balls. Outfield deck section 117 (down right field line) for $8 or over on the left field line. Section 117 gets a lot of balls.

A once in a lifetime opportunity and I got two in one inning and blew it! I should have gone for a lottery ticket since everything happens in threes and no other foul balls was close to us the rest of the game.

I was there last Saturday too- great game. Was that the Tulo at bat when he hit the GS?

I sure hope they sweep tonight so I don't have to stay up late tomorrow night in the cold rain. 8pm start- wtf?
