Anything going on during this time frame? Meet and Greet, lift party, etc.... Just wondering because I'll be home for R&R during this time frame. I don't have the actual dates of arrival and departure but it's looking like about 19 Feb through 7 Mar.

I finally got my flight info, leaving between 24 and 27. Most likely more toward the latter

It's the 19th and I'm sitting in my living room trying to figure out what needs to be done while I'm home. So far everything I need to do can be done in a single full day so I have quite a bit of free time. Maybe we can work out something for this weekend, that way we can probably catch Ted before he takes off. Any ideas? Something on the north side of the Springs? Noon on Saturday the 23rd? Family friendly? Relatively inexpensive?

I'll have to check with the wife if she is still planning on working some overtime Saturday. House is kind of a mess. Got a house full of dogs (eleven now) and kids so anytime we clean it is destroyed within the hour. Maybe we could get a banquet room or something at a Golden Corral or similar where it might be quiet and we can all sit around fairly comfortably and stuff our faces. Also, Friday and possibly into Saturday if something goes into overtime, we will be finishing up Dave's JBA 4" kit, so hopefully it will be finished fairly early on Saturday if we don't happen to finish Friday.

Hey, could this count as our “Holiday” Christmas dinner? Seriously, this is a 3 day weekend for us.

How about a dinner deal on Sat instead?

Got the Cub Scout Blue and Gold from 12-3 on Sat, maybe a 5/6 dinner? Give Marty time to finish Daves re-build?
Ultimately up to Pete and more so Jen, and how much she wants to share him with us!

Saturday is best for me, since we have a 4 hour drive and can't leave until after school on Friday. But like you said, it is up to Pete and what is best for his family!

Turns out that a 5-ish dinner would be better for us than the lunch anyways. I like the ideas about either IHOP, Golden Corral, Denny's, etc with a back room or something like that.

So has anyone set an official time and place yet?
May want to get a reservation for a group somewhere, since it will be Sat night. I have way to much going on right now to call around and such. Anytime after 5 is good for me though.

I think I have it figure out. Our President is currently occupied as he is preparing to depart. The Events Coordinator schedules the time and location while the Treasurer allocates LOST ROCKIES Membership funds to support our annual “FREE” dinner. The Conservation Chair makes sure we do not liter and leave oil leaks on Golden Corrals parking lot. The VP approves this chain of command

So, with this being said, where’s Pete?
