ok, so next saturday is more than likely to be the big day for the next jeep get together that i love inviting all to. ive got my eye on some places, however i wanted a little feedback from you all as it involves you all. first off, the last even was at fazolis and i think it was a great turnout because hte food was relatively inexpensive and it was good food, or so i thought. one of the suggestions that came up was a bar. i cant drink, im only 20, so the absence of a bar dosent affect me at all, but it might affect some of the older heads that come out. would it be better if i looked at resturaunts that had bars? and ive already placed saturday nights at the big day for these events, but i want to make sure the time is where people are most comfortable. so does 5pm work, or sound like its a good time to work for most schedules? ill throw out loccations tomorrow. and as far as locations are concerned, these events wont be held in one area, to make sure everyone can attend and have fun. they will be all up and down the I-25 corridor. and eventually, im hoping that they wont be kj specific, that all jeepers will come out to these events but like with anything new, you have to start out small and watch it grow. stay tuned! |

Dare I say a bar would be nice. I'll try to refrain from being belligerent and disorderly  . I'm not so much concerned with how much the meal costs, just that it's quality food in a nice environment. Time wise, I'd be down for earlier since I'm usually bored in the late afternoon; and to stay away from the dinner rush. Bailey says, "somewhere with grass and Prairie Dogs would be nice too!"

ok everyone this event is going to be at TGIFridays 1251 E. 120th Avenue Thornton, CO 80233 this is a little more north to see if we can get some of the northerners out. hope to see as many people as we can there |

Here Ye, Here Ye... A tradition is percolating from the Denver Metro Area. These informal Jeep meets are open to all Jeep owners and will be held year 'round on the third Saturday of each month. The meets will take place at various locations along the I-25 corridor for everyone's convenience. Come out, meet new people, make new friends. From Stock to Locked, everyone is welcome with no expectations. I working Golden until 4pm and 'might' be able to make it by 4:30-4:45. Maybe for dessert? What is the plan for the meet? Just greet and eat? Or will it pretty much be over by that time? John ];') |

Depending on how many show up, we'll probably be there a while, at least an hour or more. Probably chill in the parking lot till 10 after or so to wait for everyone, then it'll take a bit to order and get the food, then eat, then share stories and chat, then probably more parking lot banter. Come on up! |
