Ok, went up to loch lomond this morning to see if it was open yet. The first gate is open but the second one is still closed. Also the trail is getting pretty ripped up.

Bummer, that's a nice place to go. Interesting that it's closed. It should be open by now, unless they ripped it up too much. Is the second gate the one at the stream crossing? I remember when Marty and I went up there last June, it was still snowy, and the Pat made it no problem. When I went back up in July, the trail was much worse. Still made it, but used the skids more.

yeah, its just before the river crossing. There is still a lot of snow on the tops of the mountains. I think it should be open in 2 to 4 weeks. I used my skid a few more times than usual
