The wife and I are headed to Colorado in a week. I thought I would post our itinerary and see if any of you in area might want to join us for trail or two. Send me a PM and I'll reply with my cell number so we can get in contact. Unless running with JK is beneath the dignity of KJ owners. :lol:

Alpine Loop
Black Bear Road and Imogene Pass
Poughkeepsie Gulch (with Corkscrew, or with California and Picayune)
Yankee Boy Basin, Governor Basin

Tuesday, August 26
Ophir Pass, Rte 145 south to Cortez

Wednesday, August 27
Mesa Verde

Thursday, August 28
Lavender Canyon in the Needles district of Canyonlands

Friday, August 29
Island in the Sky district of Canyonlands
Potash road, Shafer Trail, Upheaval Dome, Grand View Point, Dead Horse Point, Long Canyon back to Moab

Saturday, August 30
Hell’s Revenge with Red Rock Four Wheelers

Sunday, August 31
Top of the World with Red Rock Four Wheelers

When you do Hancock, take the 10 mile side trip to the Alpine Tunnel. I was there last week.

Lots of snow fell in the mountains. Some places might not be pasable or safe to travel on already!
