MTG Purpose:
To discuss future of LOST Rockies

Agenda:
Treasury report
$380 in account
Membership Ideas
Dues suspended since 2007 ($24/Family/Yr)
Use funds to rebuild Web Page approx cost $20/yr need to find rep
Use funds for trail maintenance, Xmas party, Wrench-a-thon tool rentals, club campout
Adopt a trail (POC-Pete)
Propose Membership as patrol in MHJC--Cory Moul
Mile Hi Jeep Club is Charter club of Colorado Association of 4Wheel Drive Clubs (CoA4WDCi)
Dues for Mile Hi is $60/Yr
Dues go toward membership in CoA4WDCi, United Four-Wheel Drive Association (UFWDA), Colorado Off- Highway Vehicle Coalition (COHVCO), and Blue Ribbon Coalition.
Members receive newsletters from orgs.
Club member discounts from GO Jeep, 4Wheel Parts, 4WD Hardware and others
To be a patrol, membership must be min 4 people and must submit application to MHJC board. Not all members
of LOST Rockies must become MHJC members.
MHJC donates to 15 Adopted trails, CoA4WDCi Toys for Tots run, Tread Lightly, Operation LightSabre
(4WheelParts lights for troops drive), and more. Funded by proceeds from All-4-Fun national event not Club dues.
Members can join any patrols on runs. Do not need to wheel w/in own patrol.
Official Decision not made.

Treasury report is wrong. It is $380 (once I take out the purchase for the Memorial Intel dolls). I keep forgetting to do that.
