Mine is a 2008 that had 554 miles on it and according to the state of Colorado, the taxable value is $4000. KBB also puts it at about $4000.

The biggest thing for me though was that this is my first bike and in about a year or so I will be trading it in for a Harley Softtail Custom so I wanted a cheaper, smaller bike I could learn on and then trade in.

My dad just picked up a Harley Super Dyna-Glide soft tail. Sweet ride, amazingly smooth!

It is fun to ride even if it is a little small... But hey got to start somewhere.

When you coming out to CO again?

I will be out the last week of July. We have about 5 to 6 guys coming out to ride quads in the Taylor Park area. We will be there for a week. We will be driving through your fine city on July 24th. I was out skiing back in January. We drove right by that big deadly pileup on I-70 RIGHT after it started. I've never seen the dust that bad before. I had to buff out the side of my Forester from all the tumbleweeds hitting it. Hoping to come back out in the Fall to visit my friends over on the Western slope. Will have to see how money is. Glad to see things are going good for ya. That bike will be a great start. Take care, Joe
