Near Forbes Park. But it is actually Sangre de Cristo Ranches. No where near as many covenants and restrictions. |

About 20 miles SE of Ft.Garland, and 15 Miles NE or San Luis. GPS coordinates are in the first post if you want to throw them into google maps. |

That's in the Forbes area. Lots of restriction. Custom made for tree huggers. But, at least you're here. I'm 2 hours north and west a bit from there. There is the Medona trail and Blanca down there. |

I've got a copy of the covenants. Only restrictions are house has to be 50' from the road, at least 800 sq' and painted/stained a natural color. If I keep animals they have to be pets not livestock. That's pretty much it. Big diff between SDCR and Forbes Park. |

They sell on fleabay to the unsuspecting buyer that doesn't do their homework. |
