Not real good,at least in the Colorado Springs area. It's the start of the slow season and the economy being as bad as it is the good time wasn't that great.I've dropped about 10 hours in my check in the last week alone. As for custom shops they are doing a little worse for the most part.It will pick up when 4ID get's back from Afghanistan but only for a short time.

Hey 1996xj you can try this one http://www.newsfirst5.com/pages/local-jobs/. Or when you get out here you and that member trying to sell his mustang can open a shop here in CO, maybe something different where guys go to work on their rigs instead of the inclined driveway and pay to rent your tools and pay for your assistance. The Army has something similar called auto craft centers but those guys arent too motivated to assist too often from what I remember, just a thought and good luck! :)

The heavy machine industry took a doo doo that lat year. The company I used to work for has cut over half of it's office staff and mechanics...

It seems like you have to know some one in order to get a job. If you do find one posted, the competition is fierce....

Utah is still pretty strong but there are a lot of shops competing. I regret to inform you however that UT is no longer accepting applications. :)
