Ted - why the extended brake lines???

We can definitely still meet here. Say noon? And then go to a local restaurant?

Noon is good for me. No plans for Saturday, except to do the LOST Rockies get together, so I am flexible.

Up to everyone else.

Do you want to eat first then work on the vehicles (get dirty after filling yer bellies)? With work on the T-cases, I am guessing you want the KJ to cool off, underneath, right? We can carpool to go eat and return and work on the cooled off KJ's afterwards.

Joel: Do you have a space heater for your garage? I can bring one.

I have a space heater - I should probably fire it up now though if I plan to keep the garage above freezing. I think they are calling for like 4 degrees tonight!

It certainly won't keep up with opening and closing the garage door so bring your mittens. :P

My rear flexes enough to pull on the rear at full flex... I do not have the bumpstops in.

The front, I just want more room to ensure my lines will not ever get pinched between the arm and spring. Do we want to try to install these Sat too if they show as Al says they will?

We can try it. You've got me wondering about mine now. Maybe I should take a look next time I'm flexed out.

I have one that heats my one car garage quite a bit. Electric and blows air. Not a radiating type.

I have two which are rather weak. Bring yours and we can try it.

We also need something to lay on under our Jeeps. My garage floor is an absolute mess hafter this snow and the melting...anybody have one of those "rolly" thingies?

I will bring my creeper... as Long as Marty reminds me when I pick him up as it is at his place

I got the lines today, and will buy brake fluid on the way up tomorrow, just in case we have time. The road is probably going to be nasty on the way up, so I do not know if we want to try it or not. Anyone know how much fluid I will need? Also do you have an empty coffe can or something to catch the old fluid?

So what tools do I need to bring?
Cb Tuner, creeper, ???? is the compressor and air tools needed still... any stock guys want me to bring the lift to see what it is?

Are we still meeting at skyjump's? 1200? or earlier?

I think we you can safely leave the compressor and air tools at home. I'm sure we can come up with something to catch the fluid in. I'd say shoot for noon.

Well, I won't be bringing some rails to test fit tomorrow. Main reason is my brand new band saw isn't working for crap. I think the gear lube is too thick because of the cold, but I just don't know. I'll try again when it warms up, but I may have to take it back to the store and swap it out. What a pain putting that thing together is.

SpoonyG, you still coming down with that CRD? Ted, if your still up or online right now, give me a call (before 10PM).

Glad to see you made it back safely! The meeting went well. We had lunch (and some brew), changed the T-case fluid in a couple KJs, and attempted to tune some CB antennas. It was really cold with lots of road grime dripping off the KJs...definitely not a time to install a lift or new brake lines. But otherwise it went well.

Best bet would be to start a new thread. I would help depending on when especially since you are here in the springs, but I have to move most likely week of 27 Mar, Surgery 3 Apr, then MOAB 21 Apr!!!! :P
