If you get back down NM I'll have to stop by and see your place. It is almost on the way to all of my favorite places out west. Montana is just too far out of the way.

Yeah, I thought I’d go green. It’s totally organic!

Come on out Terry! Land is affordable, you have your own water rights, excellent water, 5 acre lots, land owners association, electricity and phone is already ran to your property, the association will maintain the roads, volunteer fire department, hundreds of acres of common land (including the lake), community ranch house with showers, and your backyard would be the Cibola National Forest. Located at 7,000 feet with lots of Elk, Mule Deer, Trout Fishing, Bear, Lion, Bobcat, etc. We’ve been all over the Rocky Mountains and have lived in the Ozark Mountains (Southwest Missouri) and this is hands down the best and most affordable real-estate. We’ll be building our retirement home here.

They probably wouldn't let me put up a 50' tower for my CB. Here I'm stuck at 10' off the ground. But it would still be worth it! Except the wife would never move.

I'll bet they would let you build it and tell your wife, no more sweating. Dry heat feels good. No more bad hair days. No more hurricanes.

I'm not sure if I should congratulate you or feel sorry for you :P , but if it gets you closer to the end of the road then I'd say it's a good thing.
