Troy, you haven't posted back up a trail run we were talking about maybe doing..... You still interested?

Anyone else in the SL County, Utah County Area interested?

Well, yours was the only feedback I ever got, so I've just been wheeling alone. :? I drove up toward Mineral Basin a week ago last Saturday, then last Saturday I started up the trail to Forest Lake, but it was getting late, so I turned back.

Both trails are VERY challenging...for a single KJ, at least...but totally doable with a lift and skids.

It's possible that a little group from UOOC (http://www.utahoffroad.com) will be driving up there on Saturday. So I'll probably go up then, although I need to be home by 6 or so.

I'll be swamped w/ work for the next couple of months or so, but I have to get out sometimes to keep my sanity, so I'm always up for a run...Sunday being the only day that's difficult for me.

Ahhh, schedules don't work... no problem.

I am going to try to hit moab again in sept. Maybe we can hook up then.

I'VE BEEN UP AF A FEW TIMES THIS YEAR, BUT LIKE TROY I'M A BUSY BOY. WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER FOR A RUN, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET PAST THE MINE UP THERE. I NEED SKIDS. AND LIFT. LETS GET THE UTAH MEMBERS TOGETHER SOMETIME.

You're not lifted yet, Nate? For shame!!! ;) We oughtta have a lift party for you some time. Just drive up to Heber and grab an RRO Combo lift and we'll throw it on one Saturday.

Both of the trails that I'm familiar with (Mineral Basin and Forest Lake) require a lift and good tires, and a rear locker is helpful for the Mineral Basin trail. But there are probably others that I don't know about that would still be fun.
