All holes drilled and cut / Bare metal painted & Louvers fitted and attached.

Tomorrow I'll pick up some Plastidip, paint the louvers and seal them down permanent

I'll be replacing my rear UCA and adding in that extension next paycheck I believe

EDIT: John could you post a pic of how that Y-link extension looks installed? I've always been curious about that.
