Are we still having our monthly meeting on Wednesday, or is it going to be postponed until we get enough volunteers to have an election?

Thanks Nate. I was just going to post up about this. I think it's needed. How about 9:00pm.

Jason

Items on the agenda included.

-Talk of the upcoming elections. There are still several positions to be filled. We need volunteers for Eastern shore, Virginia, West Virginia. But are taking nominees for any position. Please post up on the We Need You thread if you are interested. On Sunday I will post polls region by region to elect your representative.

-Meet and Greet. The social is set for next Sunday the 15th. 12:30pm at Dave and Busters in the Arundel Mills Mall. A big thanks to sstenner for picking up the ball on this one for us. THANK YOU! If you still have not signed up please let her know here:sign up. She needs to make reservations.

-Mid-Atlantic LOST Stickers are still available. I'm now the contact for this. If you need any they are $5 for one or $9 for two. Pm me to make payment and arrange shipping.

-Monthly ride for October (The end of Jason’s Freedom Memorial Ride) is scheduled for Saturday the 21. I will not be able to attend so we are looking for someone to head up this run. Please let me know if you want to take care of this event.

-Spring Fling. I’m starting to make plans for this. I’m thinking of Green Ridge State Forest. Located in the mountains of scenic Western Maryland. Details to follow. Keep the third weekend of March open.

Thanks to all that attended. See you around the boards.

Since you guys are setting a run date for the 21 why not do Rausch Creek. They are having a charity ride for Kids With Cancer on the 21 & 22 and just to let you guys know I may not be as active in the Mid-Atlantic lost but I will still attend rides. There is no need to bite my nose off in spite of my face. So if needed I will be available for either heading up rides or acting as a guide. Just shot me a p.m.
