I have the subject lift kit being delivered tomorrow. Price came to $452 with shipping.

I'm having it installed Tuesday morning at Jersey Jeep'n Customs for $325.

For tires, I'm going with either Bridgestone AT Revos or
BFG AT/KO in 245/70/16 size. Slightly larger than stock all around but shouldn't give me any problems with rubbing; besides, I just got a Mopar spare mount bike rack and if I go too wide with the tire it may not fit.

I'll post before and after pics and measurements.

Wish me luck - it's my first lift! :?

It looks like a good kit, don't forget to do a clevis lift. Gee for 325 to install, I would have done it for $250!!! Or nothing, just ask Mike (Talon 1)!

Good luck, and see out on the trails again!!!

I got one quote for $544 so I figured 325 was a bargain. I'll get 10% off that 325 too.

Mike, Al was joking on the price. We had a lift party at his house when Grant and I put on our lifts. Al was a tremendous help with his vast knowledge and experience, plenty of tools, and very cool big garage.

Hey Talon (Mike) send me a list of tools we need to install the bars, if we need only a drill and a couple of hand tools, we will install those bad boys right in the grass at the PA Jeep show, maybe we will make a class out of it! How not to install Boulder Bars!

Al

I think I will need to look at Grant's lighting problem too, better bring the volt meter with me

Added my new tires yesterday - P245/70R16 Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos

Pics here http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=465

I was pretty certain 245/75s would rub and I didn't want to do wheel well surgery. Still have bigger, better tires than stock.

You might call my mods conservative, a 2" lift and only slightly larger tires.

I knew 245/75 would rub and wanted to avoid rubbing/wheel well surgery. :P
