I was driving across Joppa Rd toward Perry Hall around 5:30 yesterday and saw a lifted dark green Liberty. It looked like maybe an 03 or 04. I was driving my wife's Mustang at the time though so even if you saw me you wouldn't know. Does anyone know who this could be?
