| Post subject: | GPS Units |
Morning all, I was looking at picking up a GPS unit sometime soon. Anyone have any comments / suggestions about the various brands? I'm specifically looking for one that I can use for work (i drive pretty much up and down east coast) and one that i can enter in a Lat / Long waypoint and get to a trail for camping and wheeling. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -E- |

I use a Garmin Nuvi 200W, it gets me all around and I can add coords to it. I think the 250W replaced the 200W but it has all the same features. |

You could get a cheap Garmin or Tom-Tom for the roads. Or you could get a Lowrance X-GO for the road, trails, and water. Go up another step and you have the Lowrance HDS-5 Baja. They are a bit more advanced but once you figure it out the rock. |
