You are very much in luck, the PA state forest lands have a wealth of roads for you to check out. My wife worked at Penn College a few years back and I had the pleasure of exploring much of the area around there.

Browse the map for "improved dirt road" and "drivable trail"...most gates aren't closed from what I'd found.
