There was a white KJ headed south on 15 right near the White Dear exit, you were on the bridge that was having construction done to it. It was right about 5:30ish

You also had a ARB bumper with bullbar and you didnt have youre tire carrier for youre spare on either. I couldnt tell if you were lifted bc of the barrier separating us.
