A few of us are hitting Rausch Creek on May 29th. It is a guided green ride on the new property, for those of you that may be interested.

If your interested go to rc4x4.org post up in the forum under May 29th guided thread and you will have to send in a deposit. I am teetering on taking the kj or the zj. ZJ has a good chance of not being fixed by then in which case I will run the kj. We have 3 tj's so far and a jk and I know a few other's posted up that we dont know.

Hey, new to the forums here and about a year into my liberty experience. Loving it even without my lift. Getting ready to pick one up soon tho. Is this advisable in a stock lib?

I took mine up there when it was stock w/out skids. I didn't have a problem. For this ride, the guide said it would be a pretty easy day. The guide that will be taking us out is very good. There's a few stock vehicles going. What's nice is no one pushes you into doing things that you are not comfortable with. You need at least one point tow point though! Any questions just ask! :SOMBRERO:

Jerks at Chrysler didn't give me a tow hook. I'm gonna try and find one in the coming week. If all else fails maybe Ill drop the 180 on a tow hitch... that counts right?

$180? I just spent $143 for a rear hitch receiver at http://www.autoanything.com/ . Free shipping too, and yes that counts.

When you post on lost there is a box at the bottom that you can click and it will email you when there is a activity on the thread that you have posted on.

I ran Rausch stock. But yea you will want a tow point just in case. Search craigs list for a hitch also, I will keep my eyes open for you and pm you if I come across anything. With a hitch all you do is grab a hook at harbor freight for under 10 bucks or grab a hitch pin for 3 bucks at walmart and your golden. ZJ is still not fixed so might have to run the kj, not big deal but would be great to have some other kj's to wheel with for once! The we can show those JK's what's up! :goink:

Nope never. We are usually in the Stroudsburg to Gouldsboro or in the Scranton / Wilkes Barre area. Is Shamokin the motherland of trail riding?

My KJ is white and I got a roof rack with a ton of stickers on the faring. You can PM your number just in case but I foresee no issues. I'm trying to get there a little before 9 so Ill catch yah there.

I don't know if I would say it's the motherland. lol We go there a few times a year. There's not alot of wheeling around here. I have heard of people going somewhere in Wilkesbarre. Might want to call Rausch Creek and let them know that you will be on the guided green trail ride on Saturday or send an email to Lynn.

Looks like I will be running the zj. The kj started sputtering and then wouldn't start. Tranny light came on, had a hard time starting it. Then the tranny light went off and the engine light came on. It's throwing the P0300 error code,(misfire) all the spark plugs were changed so I don't know. I would hate to get out in the middle of no where and have it break down. I was stoked to run with a few other kj's for once! So we will still be there, husband will be in a solar yellow tj and I will have a lil' black zj.
