I heard of a place in MD near Arundel Mills mall called Cocca Cola Dr that had a decent mud and bumps area. Some said it was illegal and you get ticketed while another said he was just there over lunch break and the owner was there watching as he loves to watch. Anyone know if this is safe place for some simple muddy fun?

I live a few mintues from there.
There are MULITPLE owners of that property over there on Coca Cola Drive. If you are caught, your vehicle can and usually will be impounded.
Don't wheel there.
