I'm hoping someone here can help me or steer me in the right direction. My 03 Limited threw a rod two weeks ago, so I'm in search of a new engine for it. It has 132,000 miles on it. I've debated rebuilding, but a couple people told me it would be cheaper and easier to find another engine and swap it out. I have all the tools to do the swap, just not experienced with rebuilds. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. I'm located about an hour north of Pittsburgh, but willing to travel several hours for a good deal. |
