Hi BlueKJ,
Sounds like it would be fun, but I have plans for the weekend already. I've never been wheeling in the Pine Barrens, but I have been hiking in the Wharton State Forest / Batsto area. It looks like there are some nice fire roads in there, but I don't know if they're open to drive on. You could check with the rangers at Batsto. I thought I'd reply to post so you knew there was at least one other live LOST member in the area! :JEEPIN:
Cheers,
LFH

Alright, there are areas that are actually mapped out roads back there that you can wheel on without worrying about rangers.

Did you end up going wheeling yesterday? I noticed your other thread about a possible leak in your transfer case, so I wondered if you tackled that instead.

No I didn't go yesterday but I'm going to heading out today. I cleaned up the transfer case and so far nothing has been leaking or anything and it's stayed dry. I'm going to change out the fluid soon when I get the chance.

I've got to say it was pretty successful (for me atleast) I had to pull a lifted explorer with 33's out 3 times. He got stuck 4 times. :-)r
