The April fool's run fizzled, but the calendar of events looks busy for April! It says the monthly ride is the 15th, and Moab the next week!!

Anybody interested in the 15th? Hey Al-anything you want to test before heading out west? I spotted your rig on 33's somewhere so what gives?? I gotta a new lift that needs some "front end work" too!

Also, for any stockers, the BMJA has their Jeep 101 April 9th. I'm not affiliated but they are the ones responsible for getting me hooked at that event. They take you out on some stock trails and show the newbie the basics.

Right now, the libby is in pieces all over my garage floor. About half of the front lift has been completed, and I am (or will be at 5.5 inches of lift when I get done). Right now as it sits, I will be a maybe for Moab. While in the dismantle mode, I found out that my brakes were gone, the front struts where shot, when the 4.11's were put in they must have used a fork on the lower ball joints because both boots are ripped, on fairly new Moog joints. Needless to say, I got a lot of work to do.

I will not know until next week.

Hey XR where have you been and I heard you twisted your KJ up pretty bad. I haven't seen you here in a while. Miss us? You have been missed!

Anything in April I will need to pass on right now.

Al

COOL! and welcome back, hopefully we will bump into each other (not with the KJ's) out on the trail. And yes life in general when married with kids and sometimes not can be a PIA. The older we get, (body wise) the more the pain!

So is the regular monthly run still going on for April? I'd like to go, but I'm not sure yet. I'd really like to check out Rausch Creek sometime soon though. It's been a looong time since I've been there. Paragon is getting a little "stale" unless we step up the trail level a little.

Jason,

The 9th is doable for me. I've not been to Rausch,, anything I need to do or sign up for?? Maybe we could convoy Sunday morning? I'll be driving up and back the same day.

George,

Yea I’m up for it. I have only been there one other time and would like to check it out again. I will check on the sign up info and get back to you.

Is there anyone else who would like to join us :?:

I guess there will be no April 15 L.O.S.T. run at Paragon, but as posted before, my other club, the Delaware Jeep Association will be hosting a run that day at Paragon and guests are invited. I will be be there, and I don't think most of them have seen a properly modded Libby let alone wheeled with one. Don't be shy! Post up and I'll let them know your coming. DeJa runs Stock and Modified groups. We can meet at the Exxon at 8:30.

Aw man Randy! I want to go so bad! I rode with those guys at the Katrina benefit! Steve was our guide and I remember a guy named Josh helped spot me a few times. At the time I wasnt lifted and they were busting my chops because the wife didnt really know I had her (then  ) KJ out. So I crushed a rocker panel! I have boulder bars now! Now that it's officially mine, lifted and ready to go, my weekends are shot! :x I gotta get out soon.

Last chance! If you can make it just show up at the Exxon at 8:30. You'll be welcome.
