I'm tired of being the only Liberty out on trails, there's gotta be another Liberty owner in Southern Ontario that doesn't mind getting muddy.

Most of the time I end up out with guys driving exclusive offroad vehicles that they tow to and from location, so they aren't taking the same risk I am with a daily driver. But of course I am an idiot, so anywhere they go I'll be damned if I don't follow even though from time to time I know full well I shouldn't.

Help me find some Liberty's to ride with so I don't decide to retire mine from offroading and buy a used dune buggy or sand rail to beat up instead.

Hey, I'm a fellow Southern Ontarian!

I'm in Waterloo, so only a coupl ehours away!

I have done some great wheeling with two local groups.

Group 1, www.kjexpgroup.com - these guys are great!

Tricityjeepclub.org This club is nice and close and a lot of fun to hang out with. I'm the only liberty but there are lots of stock TJ's and a few other daily drivers. They go up to Minden quite often.

Not much legal stuff to ride in our neck of the woods.
Let me know if you are ever heading out to the trails!

I'm alive... :-) And a couple of hours away from either of you :-) Not doing much in the way of wheeling lately though.

Was out to Minden with the KJEXGROUP guys two summers ago (can't believe it was that long ago) and just played around here and there since then, spent some time on the beach at Cape Cod, that was fun!

They don't have Libertys anymore, and their site is pretty quiet but maybe I'll drop them a line and see what they're up to.

I would feel better if I get her lifted one of these days but other expenses have conspired against me, I do tend to be bit cautious it being a daily driver and all :-)

Cheers,

Dave

Thanks for the replies, looks like I'll need to be making a trip to Waterloo this summer, if not more than one.

Once again I was out on my own, following behind some devoted OR vehicles, so no pics except for the aftermath. So if you live in the Niagara region, here's what your missing.

A lot of fun, and twice as much cleaning

I bought the ARB bumper from National4WD in Burlington. Paid some where around a grand.

My work schedule is always messed up, but hopefully when you send me a message about going out for ride I'll be able head out there.

Thanks

Hi all Guelph here, but I'm feeling really newb reading your posts. I have a stock Liberty. I was looking at getting another sport bike (ZX6) last summer but I got 3 speeding tickets last year so pretty sure that'll be out. Maybe I'm too old for another sport bike LOL. Was hoping to do track with it...maybe getting into offroading will be entertaining enough? :P

hey all,

Scarborough here, I just got my '05 liberty CRD recently. Daily driver at the moment, so not sure about off-roading just yet. I think mine is stock, but it has had 3 prior owners before myself, so I am not sure if there are any mods in place or if it is bone stock.

I am interested in the EHM through the airbox that Rixram has posted about (trying to get this done first)..to help deal with the oil mist and at least have some filtration..instead of piping straight out to the atmosphere.

Also interested in the SEGR mod when I have extra funds. I could use a pair of extra eyes if someone is interested to help take a look under the hood of my crd liberty. I don't know what I am eyeing at in the sense of mods.

Hey guys, KJEXPGROUP is still around, but called Overland Expeditions now.

We're running JK Wrangler Rubicon 4 doors now, but still LOVE the LIberty models.

If you guys are still hanging around drop a line here.

Hey folks,
I'm from Listowel. Bought my KJ month ago, all stock. Do we have any trails in KW area? Something light, just to begin with...

I'm in Guelph, and i've got an 06 CRD and a 15 JK RUBI. I'd definitely put a group together for Ardbeg late spring-early summer 2018. it's a great spot for KJ's stock to modded and awesome camping as well.
